Definition of Anti-tumor:

Any agent that reduces or opposes the formation or growth of a tumor [ORWJr], which is defined as either "a swelling or enlargement occurring in inflammatory conditions", or as "a neoplasm, which is a new growth of tissue characterized by progressive, uncontrolled proliferation of cells." The tumor may be localized or invasive, benign or malignant [Mosby2009]
